A 1986 MTV Halloween special, hosted by Elvira, featuring skits and music videos. Presented by Rockula Retrospective a Youtube show that features reviews, webcasts, commentary and mashups on a wide range of topics. Rescued from an old VHS recording that was recorded on Halloween night 1986 in Dallas Tx. Commercials have been cut from the 4-hour broadcast and so have some of the music videos -- most noticeably from her Top 10 video countdown.
