1986 Upbeat (Halloween Magazine Episode)

Upbeat was a kid's magazine show produced by WSAV-TV, Savannah, GA in the mid-1980's. The show was turned over to the production department and this was the first episode under their tutelage. This episode took the magazine format and adapted it for Halloween.
