1992 Monster in My Pocket: The Big Scream

The Big Scream is an animated special featuring several monsters from the Monster in My Pocket toyline. It was produced by Hanna-Barbera studios and originally aired on October 31, 1992. A series was planned but was scrapped due to poor ratings of this pilot.

The story is basically about the good monsters, Invisible Man (given the name Dr. Henry Davenport), Wolf-Mon, Big Ed (The Monster) and Mummy, trying to stop the evil monsters, Vampire, Swamp Beast and Medusa, from using an old horror film called The Shriek to grow big again.

Early releases of the special on VHS video from Vidmark Entertainment contained a glow-in-the-dark monster: Charun, Thunderdell, or Yama.
