1986 Mr. Boogedy and 1987 Bride Of Boogedy presented by FearNET
Mr. Boogedy is a 1986 made-for-tv family film, which was followed up by a 1987 sequel called Bride of Boogedy. Both were directed by Oz Scott and written by Michael Janover, and both originally aired as an episode of "The Disney Sunday Movie."
These two videos were ripped from a 2013 FearNET broadcast that were cropped and reformatted for HD 16:9 Screens. FearNET was a horror entertainment TV network, website and video on demand service owned by Comcast that featured a mix of acquired and original series, and feature films. The channel closed/went dark on July 30, 2014 at 11:59pm.
Mr. Boogedy is about a novelty-salesman who moves his family into a new house. Initially dismissing incidents as more of their father's practical jokes, the family soon learns that the house is haunted by people who lived in the house 300 years previously.
Bride of Boogedy focuses on the same family with a great love for practical jokes as they are haunted by the family of the ghost Mr. Boogedy.

1994 Walt Disney World Inside Out - October Halloween Episode
Walt Disney World Inside Out was an American monthly television show that aired on the Disney Channel from 1994 to 1997. The show featured footage of attractions at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. The original host was comedian Scott Herriot, but in 1996 J.D. Roth and Brianne Leary took over the hosting duties with George Foreman as the guest co-host.
Time for the very special Halloween themed 5th episode of Walt Disney World Inside Out that originally aired in October 1994. Get a look at the (then new) Twilight Zone Tower of Terror with Gilbert Gottfried, the Maelstrom, and a rare look at the old Innoventions Imagineering Labs. Plus Pleasure Island, the Haunted Mansion, and other spooky haunts.

1983 Walt Disney Cartoon Classics: Donald's Scary Tales
Walt Disney Cartoon Classics was a series of home videos that contained compilations of Disney's old animated shorts from the 1920s, 1930s, 1940s and 1950s. Scary Tales is the third volume of the series of videos and was released in 1983. It contains 6 Halloween-themed animated shorts. You can buy this video online but expect to pay a lot of money because they are a rare find. The 6 videos below, plus the intro, is a recreation of the Scary Tales VHS video. I am a huge fan of Disney cartoons especially these Halloween-related ones.

1997 Disney's Quack Pack - House of Haunts
Quack Pack was a short-lived but excellent '90's afternoon animated series from Disney. Donald Duck is still living with his mischievous nephews Huey, Louie, and Dewey, but they're now teenagers. Donald works as a camera man and Daisy is a TV reporter for a tabloid news show. Together the group of ducks get into crazy adventures they constantly have to get themselves out of. It was a well animated and very entertaining series.
This VHS video was released in 1997 and is called House of Haunts. It features 2 spooky Quack Pack episodes. The first is called "The Boy Who Cried Ghost," Dewey's practical jokes gets on everyone's nerves when the Ducks have to spend the night in a deserted mansion on Halloween, but when he tries to convince the others he's really seen a ghost no one believes him. And in "Cat and Louse," Huey has to ask his family to help him face his fears when he finds he's terrified of black cats.

2003 Disney's House of Mouse - House Ghosts
Here is the second Halloween episode from Disney's House of Mouse series titled House Ghosts. Click here to view the first Halloween episode of House of Mouse.
It's Halloween and Donald tries very hard to impress the Magic Mirror with his costumes, while Pete unleashes some grim grinning ghosts onto the club to try and scare everyone away. I laughed for 10 minutes when I saw Mr. T and Hades! Included are the following animated shorts: Hansel and Gretel (1999), Pluto Gets the Paper: Spaceship (1999), How to Haunt a House (1999).

1996 Boo to You Too! Winnie the Pooh
This Halloween special begins with Pooh and his pals getting ready for trick-or-treating, but Piglet is too scared to go through with it. Even worse, Piglet thinks Pooh is in the clutches of spooks, but in a rare test of his own mettle, he summons his courage and decides to fight for his friend.
This video is simply delightful! I first taped this off of the TV years ago. I just watched it for the first time in years a few days ago. I just love it.

1955 Disney's The Legend of Sleepy Hollow with Intro
This version of Disney's The Legend of Sleepy Hollow was an episode of the "Disneyland" TV series that originally aired on October 26th, 1955 but this video was recorded from the Disney Channel in the early 90's. The cool things about this video is it begins with an animated history of the life of author Washington Irving and is hosted by Walt Disney himself. I remember this airing on the Disney Channel on Halloween night. I so wish this version was available on DVD. Part 1 below contains the history of Washington Irving and Parts 2 and 3 contain the first and second half of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow animated Disney special.
Update here is just the intro and animated history of Washington Irving:

1972 Disney's The Mouse Factory - Spooks And Magic
Here's an episode titled Spooks And Magic from a Walt Disney TV series called The Mouse Factory that aired from 1971 to 1973. This episode features 3 classic Disney cartoons and is hosted by Phyllis Diller. This is essentially a prototype for the two Disney specials that were produced in the early 80's called "Disney's Halloween Treat" from 1981 and "A Disney Halloween" from 1983. Though not actually filmed at the attraction, a lot of footage and music from the Haunted Mansion is used in this. Lookout for Goofy Dracula and Donald Duckenstein! Ha, hilarious!

1999 Out Of The Box - Trick or Treat
Out of the Box is a Disney Channel children's series that celebrates imagination and creativity. The premise of the show is that a group of children discover a bunch of empty boxes and, with some creativity and paint, create a wonderful clubhouse. Hosts Vivian and Tony join an ethnically diverse cast of children in the clubhouse and help them look at ordinary things in new and creative ways.
The Halloween episode called "Trick or Treat" finds everyone's favorite holiday drawing near and includes slightly scary stories and a frighteningly good sing-a-long. You will love the great ideas and kid friendly activities. I think this is a great video for kids.

1994 Disney's Boo-Busters
In 1994 Disney released a VHS video called Boo-Busters that contained Halloween related episodes from two of Disney's animated TV shows. This is a recreation of that video.
Here is the opening and closing of the VHS tape:
The first episode is called Hallow-Weenies and is from the animated show Goof Troop: Max and PJ discover a haunted house that's home to a Dixieland band of ghosts who play more pranks than music. When Goofy shows up, things really get wild.
The second episode on the tape is called Ghost of a Chance and is from the show Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers: Chip 'n Dale are off to London to discover that Merry Old England is Scary Old England when they meet up with a hauntingly funny ghost.

1994 Walt Disney Cartoon Classics: Halloween Haunts
This is a wonderful VHS video called Halloween Haunts that was released in 1994 by Walt Disney Studios. It contains a compilation of 3 great classic animated shorts, that fit the theme for Halloween viewing.
After the opening the first cartoon up is, Pluto's Judgment Day (1935) an Early Technicolor short. Pluto's cat-chasing days come to a close when he dreams that he's sent to hell and put on trial for killing lots of cats. The jury is composed completely of cats! Not a true Halloween episode but still a spooky atmosphere.
Lonesome Ghosts (1937) This one is great as well. Four green phantoms want some fun, so they invite ghost busters Mickey, Donald, and Goofy over to their haunted home with the aim of driving them crazy. Great early Disney slapstick.
Trick Or Treat (1952) This is a certified classic in my mind, and based on a great story by the legendary Carl Barks, I love the spooky, opening shot of the town. Donald would rather play a trick on Huey, Dewey, and Louie than give them a treat on Halloween. Witch Hazel overhears the problem and casts a spell on Donald and boys get their treat after all. Just a great short with gorgeous animation.
Full VHS tape:
This is still a favorite of mine as the animation is all fantastic. All three shorts have been released on separate DVD collections. The VHS version is available for sale online but expect to pay alot of $$ for a brand new tape because they are harder to find these days.

1987 Disney's DTV Monster Hits
A Halloween special featuring appropriately-themed rock and roll songs set to scenes from the Disney library of classic animation. Starring Jeffrey Jones as the Magic Mirror and Gary Owens as the announcer. When I was a kid, this was shown on the Disney channel every Halloween and it was a must watch for me, along with A Disney Halloween. As far as I know, it has never been officially released on DVD or VHS but there are DVDs for sale online of an old VHS recording of the original broadcast. The full 47 minute VHS recording is also available on YouTube, which you can watch below:
1980s Kids Incorporated Halloween Songs
Halloween related songs from the Kids Incorporated series which ran in syndication from 1984 to 1986, then picked up by the Disney Channel in 1986 to 1993. The show was about a group of children and teenagers who often solved problems from schoolyard crushes to peer pressure to child abuse. Along the way they would perform 1980s rock tunes at a former musical club, now a kids' hangout, called The P*lace. Basically this show was Glee of the 1980s but Kids Incorporated was geared more for younger people (teens/tweens) whereas Glee is obviously geared more to adults based on some of the themes and the time it airs.
When I was little, I would love watching this show when the Disney channel would offer a free preview week. Back then, Disney was a premium subscription channel just like HBO or Showtime. It then became basic cable in about the mid 90's.
